Pricing:

Prices quoted do not include freight or GST. Emeldo is not registered for GST. 

 

Delivery times:

2 days turn over until the order will be sent out. You will receive a notification email that your order has been shipped - if you paid the $8 shipping this means you will get a link with your tracking number so you can keep up to date with it at all times. International orders do take longer, it depends on your countries shipping service. We ship from Australia with Auspost.

 

Payment:

Payment made via paypal only which uses your credit card and deducts funds from that. You will not be charged any fees minus postage.

 

Faulty Goods, Damage in Transit:

Your order will be packed carefully before dispatch. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us upon reception of the products.

We can EXCHANGE goods if faulty or a change of mind however you will have to pay for postage and contact emeldodesign@gmail.com before doing so for address.

REFUNDS can be done when goods are faulty only. This means for example: broken or damaged. You will not be refunded on the postage costs and only the item eg. Bahama $49.95 means $49.95 is refunded.

 

Care Instructions:

Although Emeldo jewellery is sturdy and long wearing, it can become dirty with make up, fake tans and dust. 

All necklaces and bracelets can be spot washed with just hand soap and warm water and left to air dry. Please

do not vigorously wash or put in washing machine as this may cause your piece to break. You can also use a make-up or baby wipe to clean the piece (this is what emily does if she needs!)

 

Product Variations:

All Emeldo products are handmade, so some variation between pieces can occur (mainly size and amount of materials used can vary) – relish these variations as testament to their hand crafted nature!

 

Labelling and Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property of the Emeldo items remains the property of Emeldo. 

 

Exclusivity: (wholesale only)

Exclusivity may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If a store is granted exclusivity in a particular area, order history and amount will be reviewed every 2-3 months to see that the arrangement is working.

 

Disclaimer of Liability:

Emeldo will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages

caused by use, display, purchase, or sale of any Emeldo products.

 

Privacy Statement:

 our website are in stock and priced correctly. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days. 

In the event that an item ordered is unavailable or unable to be filled you will be notified to arrange an agreeable alternative item or full refund.
