Prices quoted do not include shipping but are inclusive of GST.
Delivery times:
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays
2 days turn over until the order will be sent out. You will receive a notification email that your order has been shipped. You will have chosen to have your items shipped with tracking or not and or via express post. International orders do take longer, it depends on your countries shipping service. We ship from Australia with Auspost. Please refer to the Shipping page for more info.
Click and Collect:
Pick up will be contactless from Rita + Frank Creative Studios - 1/31 Henry Wilson Drive, Capel Sound 3940.
There is a silver box tucked infront of the Pink Emeldo sign near the roller doors, up the side next to the accountant door.
Payment:
Payment made via Afterpay, paypal or credit card only. No bank transfer is offered.
RETURNS POLICY
At Emeldo we would like you all to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, or provide a credit note. We will ask you to ship your return back to us before we issue you an online code or your new item. The shipping cost will be on you.
For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging.
Faulty Goods, Damage in Transit:
Your order will be packed carefully before dispatch. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us upon reception of the products.
Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged for a credit note to be used online.
REFUNDS can be done when goods are faulty only. This means for example: broken or damaged. You will not be refunded on the postage costs and only the item eg. earrings $35 means $35 is refunded.
For a full refund, you need to contact us at hello@emeldo.com within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
All items must be returned at the expense of the customer
Product Variations:
All Emeldo products are handmade, so some variation between pieces can occur (mainly size and amount of materials used can vary) – relish these variations as testament to their hand crafted nature!
Labelling and Intellectual Property:
The intellectual property of the Emeldo items remains the property of Emeldo.
Exclusivity: (wholesale only)
Exclusivity may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If a store is granted exclusivity in a particular area, order history and amount will be reviewed every 2-3 months to see that the arrangement is working.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Emeldo will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by use, display, purchase, or sale of any Emeldo products.
Privacy Statement:
your business details/ order details/ order status/ financial information, and any other information about specifics of your order will not be divulged to any third party.
Customer Service:
Emeldo is committed to providing great quality goods and exceptional customer service. We endeavour to ensure that all items listed on
our website are in stock and priced correctly. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days.
In the event that an item ordered is unavailable or unable to be filled you will be notified to arrange an agreeable alternative item or full refund.
