  •  We ship 4 days a week!
  • Some pieces have the option of being sent as a letter for only $4 (if they are small enough and light enough for this option, you will see this at checkout if you do quality for this option)
  • Stud styles will be sent as a tracked parcel due to the fact they need to be wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box so they do not break.
  • You can select express at your expense also.
  • 5-10 working days is the STANDARD for arrival time on standard parcels and letters.
  • For orders over $70 you have the option of $5 standard, tracked postage at checkout.
  • Express is due to arrive within 1-2 days of placing the order which completely depends what time of day the order is placed as I personally take all orders to Auspost. Most common shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
  • If you selected tracking then you will also be notified of your tracking number with a link directly to check updates or you can track it yourself using the AusPost website 
  • Please track your item before contacting.
  • Please note: AUSPOST DOES NOT OPERATE ON WEEKENDS or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
  • Parcel Post is the standard tracked shipping method and takes 5-10 working days.

CONTACTLESS LOCAL PICK UP
  • if you select this method at checkout, allow 2 working days to be e-mailed to pick up your items. Location is Rosebud Industrial Estate, Victoria. If you select local pick up and this does not apply to you, then you will be invoiced to pay your desired shipping amount.
  • The pick up collection e-mail will outline the address. You are to receive this from the collection box on the outside of the building. You enter the code on the lock and you take your order from the box and lock the box again.
  • Please call or text Emily on 0400900947 if any issues or knock on the door of the building if it is a Monday - Friday.

DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE DELAYS. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF YOUR OWN COUNTRIES CUSTOMS LAWS AND IF THEY ARE LETTING PARCELS IN FROM OVERSEAS.

  • Items will be posted out within 48 hours of being purchased online (Monday, Wednesday or Thursday exc. Australian public holidays/weekends)
